2025 Sparkling Deming Valdiguie

This Valdiguié pét-nat is made from an 80-year-old, dry-farmed, organic vineyard in Calistoga. The nose is of white flowers and honeysuckle, peach gummies, and melon candies, with a hint of pine, while the palate is bright watermelon agua fresca, salty and mineral with a clean finish. The bubbles are happy and fun.
